Richard Alston, 69, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk is the second person to be arrested, the first being Charles Napier who is John Whittingdale MP’s half brother.
Richard Alston was the Headteacher of New Barns School in Toddington, Gloucestershire, a school for emotionally disturbed children aged between 6 and 13 years old.
Peter Righton lived with Mr Alston.
Peter Righton was also a school govenor at New Barns School.
