November 23, 2015 (BOWLING GREEN OHIO) – The Salvation Army’s final date to accept Christmas applications in North Baltimore will be Wednesday, November 25th.
Families can apply to receive a food basket for Christmas as well as, toys for children 14 and younger.
Final applications for families living in North Baltimore will be taken on Wednesday from 9 am to 2 pm at Country Squire Apartments, 655 S Poe Rd, North Baltimore, OH 45872.
Applicants must bring ALL of the following documentation to complete an application:
Photo ID for all adults in the home
Social Security Cards for each member of the household
Birth Certificates for children age 14 and younger
Verification of Income
Proof of address
