CRASH+SUES is excited to share the 2016 Provincetown International Film Festival trailer! A collaborative effort by the entire C+S animation team, the trailer is a love letter to the plethora of visual artists who, attracted to the beautiful light and colorful surroundings, contributed to Provincetown's reputation as "America's Oldest Art Colony. "

This year's theme follows Pecker (PIFF's mascot) on an adventure through the worlds of Edward Hopper, Henry Hensche, Marsden Hartley, Hans Hofmann, Helen Frankenthaler, and Jackson Pollock. Using both animation and live action production, the mixed media piece brings a variety of styles to life including contemporary realism, impressionism, abstract expressionism and more - each look represented by a unique approach.
