In partnership with the UnitedHealth Group and Comcast, local marketing agency Haberman created “Project NOT ME” which uses a reality TV format and follows six adults who are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes as they go through the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). They are proud to announce their recent win of a Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy Award for “Project NOT ME” in the Health/Environment/Science Program category. Each of the 16 video on-demand episodes features a health and wellness coach who leads the program participants through the DPP with the goal of a healthier weight. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences specifically honored the Project NOT ME episode titled, “Take Charge,” which teaches participants to recognize cues that influence behavior and to make positive changes. Haberman and HODDER co-produced the project together.
