Cameron Kincer (14) celebrated after kicking the first goal in Letcher County Central High School’s 3-1 win over Hazard in Monday’s opening round of the 53rd District Soccer Tournament. The Cougars were scheduled to play for the district championship Wednesday night against the Perry County Central Commodores, who had a bye in the tourney’s first round.
