Special Craft Beer Menu In addition to our special celebration menu, on Friday and Saturday we will also be presenting, featuring and serving the following North Carolina Craft Beers, with a tip of the hat to the Irish accent in the North Carolina craft beer spirit. And of course there will be plenty of Guinness as well. After all, for many years the Irish considered it to be not so much a drink or even a food, but a whole food group all of its own. And rightly so. "Guinness is Good for You".

Green Man Brewery "Green Man IPA" • Green Man Brewery, Asheville NC • "Brewing Award winning ales since 1997, Green Man was founded in downtown Asheville, originally as a brew-pub. New ownership and a fresh approach spurred evolutionary change at Green Man in 2010. No longer a brew pub, Green Man was able to focus on production, distribution and growth. With the help of the original brewer, John Stuart, and his team, Green Man has evolved into a respected and well-known brewery, known for consistent, traditional ales with a constant eye on quality." • 828.252.5502 • www.greenmanbrewery.com • FaceBook • Twitter

Highland Brewing Company "Gaelic Ale" • Highland Brewing Company, Asheville NC • "Perhaps North Carolina’s most beloved craft brewery, Highland Brewing Company has been creating high quality ales since 1994. Nearly every restaurant and retail outlet worth visiting will offer at least one of their creations, most likely their flagship brew, the Gaelic Ale, a deep amber-colored American Ale with a rich, malty body. In addition to 5 year-round brews they offer a wide variety of seasonal and specialty ales. Their tasting room features pilot ales, small-batch brews, and seasonal ales." • 828.299.3370 • www.highlandbrewing.com • FaceBook • Twitter

Sierra Nevada "Pale Ale" • Sierra Nevada, Mills River NC • "Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is pleased to announce that it has chosen a site in western North Carolina for the future home of an East Coast brewery. The site, approximately 90 acres in the Henderson County town of Mills River – along the French Broad River, 12 miles south of Asheville – will be home to the new production facility, as well as a proposed restaurant and gift shop. “We are thrilled to have found an ideal location in western North Carolina for our second brewery,” says Ken Grossman, founder of Sierra Nevada. “The beer culture, water quality and quality of life are excellent. We feel lucky to be a part of this community." ” 530.893.3520 • www.sierranevada.com • FaceBook • Twitter

New Belgium "Fat Tire" • New Belgium, Asheville NC • "New Belgium Brewing announced today that Asheville, N.C., has been selected as the new location for a second brewery. The 400,000-barrel brewery and packaging facility will provide New Belgium with additional capacity, allowing the Colorado-based brewer to expand into new areas of distribution. Upon completion in 2015, the facility will initially create 50 new jobs in the Asheville area with more than 100 positions expected at full build out. “After several years of searching, we are incredibly excited to have landed in Asheville,” said Kim Jordan, CEO and co-founder of New Belgium. “From the deep sense of community to the rich natural environment and the opportunity to revitalize a brownfield site near a vibrant downtown, Asheville has everything we’ve been looking for in a location for our second brewery."  • 970.221.0524 • www.newbelgium.com • FaceBook • Twitter

Oskar Blues Brewery "Dale’s Pale Ale" • Oskar Blues Brewery, Brevard NC • "We have LANDED in the hills! Oskar Blues Brevard is up and running! Thanks to YOU, our supporters, we’re growing at lightning speed, and it’s time to expand. Instead of creating one giant brewery here in Longmont, Colorado, we decided to spread out. We thought it would be more fun to find another small, intimate location to open up a restaurant and brewery on a grassroots level." • 828.883.2337 • www.OskarBlues.com • FaceBook • Twitter

Aviator Brewing Company "Devils Tramping Ground Tripel" • Aviator Brewing Company, Fuquay Varina NC • "Aviator Brewing Company started in Nov 2008 in an airplane hangar. We initially brewed into two used dairy tanks. Each tank held 300gallons of beer. Much to our surprise we quickly outgrew these tanks! In Jan 2009 we had started distribution into the Triangle area. The demand for the beer grew faster than we could brew. In April 2010 we moved from the airplane hangar at Triple W airport to a larger building about 4 miles away. We have expanded the brewery yet again and have added more fermentation tanks and a large cooler." • 919.567.2337 • www.aviatorbrew.com • FaceBook • Twitter

Olde Hickory Brewery "Irish Walker" • Olde Hickory Brewery, Hickory NC • "In 1994, Steven Lyerly and Jason Yates decided Western North Carolina was in need of fresh, quality beer and over a few pints, the idea of Olde Hickory Brewery was born. Beginning in 1994 with a 7 barrel converted dairy system, we set and accomplished the goal of providing the unique traditional ales & lagers available through OHB. Quickly we outgrew that system and today we operate a 25-barrel Price Schonstrom brew house… In 1997, OHB began the renovation of an 1880 Historic Landmark building in downtown Hickory, which now houses our brewing facilities." • 828.322.1965 • www.oldehickorybrewery.com • FaceBook • Twitter
