Welcome To The Masiello Group!
We are very pleased and excited to announce that Ed Ridolfi has joined the team as the Director of Recruiting & Team Development for The Masiello Group.
Ed Ridolfi is a 2nd generation real estate broker with more than 30 years experience in real estate sales management, recruiting and development. He started in his family real estate business in New Jersey, sold it to Schlott Realtors, and became a manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
He worked for Burgdorff ERA before relocating to Newburyport MA in 2000. Ridolfi ran a region for CBRB in MA until 2011 when he led Bean Group’s expansion in to Massachusetts. Ridolfi served as a Director of MLSPIN for 8 years and then as Chairman of the Board for 2.
As a manager and recruiter, Ridolfi has a history of successes in turning offices around through recruitment, coaching and development.
In 2013, he was hired to set up and execute a recruiting system for an independent correspondent banker in Peabody MA.
“I came to realize that there were many things I missed about real estate,” Ridolfi said. “It took me some time to find the kind of authentic culture that has always been successful in our industry: integrity, honor and the leadership of a genuine real estate man in Chris.”
Ridolfi is a resident of Newburyport MA and is married with 2 children, Gianni 13 and Stella 11. He will be responsible for recruiting and team development throughout The Masiello Group’s footprint. Join us in welcoming Ed to the team!

RELOCATION CORNER
We have a contest winner!
A big thanks to all who entrusted us with your referrals during this contest period. The winner of the drawing for a new iPad Mini is Jeanette Bandouveres of the Dover, NH, office! Her listing clients are moving to MA and we placed them with our network broker there for their home purchase. Congratulations and thank you, Jeanette!

It’s coming up on the fourth quarter and the clock is running!! We really have to pull together if we are going to have a shot at getting to the end zone and winning this game to get Platinum!! We have a long way to go, and we have to place referrals that will close.
The new contest is worth a $200 gift card and is running from Sept 1 through Oct 31. Every referral we can place for you is worth a chance to win. The average referral fee to our agents is over $1100, so it sure is worth it to get in the game!
Achieving Platinum status with Cartus is a prestigious honor and results in more business coming our way. Getting there involves much more than outgoing referrals, but we can’t be in the running if we don’t meet our closed outgoing referral goals.
