I cancelled my subscription with Glossybox back in summer as I couldn’t afford to keep the subscription and to be totally honest I wasn’t wholly impressed with some of the contents of the boxes I had been receiving, but when I heard Really Ree was doing a collaboration with them I immediately had to sign up! Really Ree is one of my favourite beauty bloggers, she always has the latest beauty reviews and I love her writing style, so I knew she would put some fab products into her Glossybox, and boy she didn’t disappoint!

The box itself is a really pretty rose gold and white ‘Let it Snow’ design and the ribbon is a gorgeous shimmery rose gold colour, which I will definitely be sporting in my hair! You also get a little booklet with a welcome from Really Ree and a little explanation as to why she chose each product. But now on to the products themselves…

être belle Golden Skin Caviar Eye Roll On (RRP £20)
I am still really struggling with my sleep and it is really showing around my eye area so this is definitely something I am excited to try! The applicator is a small metal ball on the tip of the product which instantly cools and de-puffs your eye area. I wear contact lenses and it didn’t irritate me in the slightest, and this is definitely one product which will be great for after all of those Christmas parties! I haven’t tried etre belle skincare before either so it is always exciting to try new brands as a blogger myself.

So Susan Statement Skin Highlighter Pencil (RRP £15)
I have tried So Susan cosmetics before and have really enjoyed what I have used. The Statement Skin Highlighter Pencil is genius! It has a chiselled tip and so is great for application underneath the brow, or cheeks, and gives the most gorgeous glow to the skin. I received mine in the shade Starlight which reminds me of the colour of champagne and will be perfect to glam up for the festive period.

Collection Long Lasting Nail Effects (RRP £2.99)
I received this nail polish in the shade Ice Queen, which can be used on it’s own to create a slight shimmer of glistening snow on the nails or on top of other nail colours – I think it would be lovely over a dark navy blue shade.

L’Occitane Shea Face Comforting Oil (Sample Size)
Another cult beauty and skincare brand, L’Occitane is one of my favourites! All of their products are full of natural ingredients and are so good for your skin. I haven’t tried the Comforting Oil before as it is new to the L’Occitane family, but I can’t wait to try it, as it will be perfect for adding some nourishment and providing repair to my winter skin.

Essence Liquid Lipstick in Show Off (RRP £2.50)
I actually included this product in one of my recent Essence haul posts in a nude/pale pink shade and so I was super excited to see it in the shade Show Off as I think I mentioned in my post I would like to try the brighter colours from the collection. Show Off is a really bright pink, with a slight red tone and is a fabulous alternative to a festive red lip.

Starskin Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Mask (RRP £8.50)
I am so into the sheet face masks at the moment, as they are so much easier and a lot less messier to use than regular face masks. I received the mask in Close-Up which is supposed to be nourishing, lifting, smoothing, restoring and radiance boosting, therefore another product perfect pre or post party! At £8.50 it isn’t something I would necessarily be able to afford on a single face mask so this is a lovely treat to try.

Really Ree has really helped Glossybox to up their game with this amazing box, and there isn’t a single product I don’t like. Glossybox costs £10 plus £3.25 postage each month, but with this box totalling over £50, it is indeed a very pretty bargain!

You can check out Really Ree here and sign up to Glossybox here.

Love,

Kathryn xxx
