Apple has just posted a new Apple Music video: Drake vs. Benchpress. In it, Toronto rapper Drake gets his workout on to a pop playlist featuring Taylor Swift.

It bookends one of the earlier Apple Music ads, Taylor vs. Treadmill, where Swift dubsmashed Drake.

They both use the tagline "Distractingly Good". I was kind of mixed on the original spot, because slapstick isn't my favorite kind of funny and I thought the lip sync could probably have stood on its own, but I love the reflection of the second spot.

I don't know how well these spots build awareness for Apple Music or convert on subscriptions, but Apple tends to play the long game so every smile and positive association helps with the brand and with getting people to tap the the trial button when they get a new iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

What did you think of it? And who else would you like to see get distracted by Apple Music?
