Matthew Broussard is a comedian, an actor, and the artist who entertains his audience every Monday morning with a brand new original pun cartoon. When he’s not drawing Monday morning cartoons, Broussard has been busy appearing on Comedy Central’s “Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle” , “Adam Devine’s House Party,” FX’s “The League” and NBC’s “The Mindy Project.” He was also featured as a New Face at the 2015 Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. Beatles on a Juicebox
I drew this one at my desk back while working as a financial analyst in Houston and it’s still one of my favorites. Good pun to start with because it’s simple enough to show how these puzzles work.
Tiger Woods with a Dragon
Another simple one that elicits somewhere between a laugh and a groan. It’s much easier if you’re a fan of high-flying fantasy kung-fu movies from the 90s.
Lumber + Bloody Girl
Simple and stupid but silly enough to be fun. Think of an eponymous character from the Stephen King book/movies and her position relative to the objects pictured.
In God We Trust
Difficult but satisfying. It helps to think of a nickname you might call this guy if you two were best buds. INITIALLY, this can be tricky.
Fishing
My absolute favorite. I’m a big fan of mathematics and not afraid to make visitors dredge up some middle school geometry they may have buried along the way. Hint: what do you call two angles that add up to 90 degrees?
