Jessica Warner, an Australian living in the States, is curating great textiles from around the world and selling them online.

With a lifelong love of traditional craftsmanship, Jessica launched an online store so she could make her favourite textiles available to everyone. Twofold offers a huge selection of soft furnishings and textiles by the likes of Holly Berry from the UK, Zoe Wall and Sally Campbell from Australia, RosenbergCph from Denmark, Comma Workshop, South Street Linen and Proud Mary from the US, Rumisu from Turkey, and Nuno from Japan. If you want something beautiful that everyone else hasn’t got, take a look!

All the designers have one thing in common – they use traditional techniques in a contemporary way. The result is a range of homewares and textiles offering an eclectic and beautiful global style.

Twofold offers a carefully edited selection of scarves, bags, table linens, cushions, throws and fabric goods from designers who stand out for their inventive patterns and old-world craftsmanship.

Jessica grew up in Canberra. After graduating from the Australian National University, she moved to New York, where she worked for the Guggenheim Museum and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. She also nurtured her longstanding interest in textiles with classes in surface design and weaving at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

In 2007, she moved to Asia with her family, spending time in Tokyo, Hong Kong and then Sydney, before returning to the United States and settling in Boulder, Colorado.

In addition to running her online store, Jessica has started taking small groups to Japan to tour design studios and textile workshops, and is also planning a pop up store selling international designs in her new home town.
