Hey everyone!

February 2015 has also wrapped up now, and this year is
really
REALLY flying by! I know I say this very often… But the year really is flying by! Happening with any of you too!? Below are some of my February 2015 favorites, and mini reviews of products that haven’t been reviewed yet I’m also turning into a lazy bum.. I know!

The first set of favorites are things that have been in my purse all the time..This gorgeous blingy-neon neckpiece by Zotiqq is one of them! {Yes, I will shamelessly promote my venture. LOL..} No but really, it goes well with any plain-jane dress, and ups the look of any boring outfit in an instant. Next up, I have constantly been using the Estee Lauder Modern Muse EDP. Smells really good, and lasts on me for almost the whole day! And ofcourse, I have this cute little business cards holder with me all the time.. I love those abstract peacocks on it.. And purple is the color of ‘riches’ so it makes more sense to store my business cards in it. lol..

In terms of makeup, it has been pretty lazy this month. I’ve mostly worn the Maybelline gel eyeliner, the Revlon cheek highlighting palette in Bronze Glow for some subtle highlighter on the cheeks, and Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Bright Raspberry. Easy, effortless, glam look in 3 minutes flat. Ofcourse, not without some concealer and powder!

Oh and I did try the ZA True White Liquid foundation. I was sent this by the brand, and though the shade sent to me wasn’t the best match, I liked how it worked on my skin during the colder days (on the few days I tried it).. Thereafter I gave it to a friend who’s skintone matched the shade. Lost my pictures from the archive, so The brand sure needs to launch more shades for the Indian skintone..

The nails have either been painted with this gorgeous Colorbar nail lacquer- Dusky Mauve (a n*de-taupe shade) too often, or immersed in this Rich Raspberry by Revlon. I added a top coat of this LYN Bronze Goddess clear top coat with loads of bronzey strips in it. Loved it! Got this in the February My Envy Box and quite liked it! The top coat made the nail art stay for about 7 days without fading/ chipping!

In terms of skincare/ bath and body, some of the new products that I tried and liked were the LUX Magical Spell bodywash. Has a floral, light fragrance and doesn’t dry out the skin. Also loved the Avene Eau Thermale- Thermal Spring Water. The brand sent across this cute limited edition packaging to me around new year, and have been using this facial mist during travel a lot! And I’ve been travelling a lot too. This kept my skin from going insane during changes in temperature and hydrated it really well! The face wash that I’ve been using is this L’Oreal Go 360 degree clean- Deep Facial Cleanser for sensitive skin. It is a new find, and quite a good one! Will review it in detail shortly.

And since the weather has been all cray this month, I’ve used thick, creamy moisturisers a lot. Kama Ayurveda hand cream and Kokum & Almond Body Butter have been the mainstay in my routine. Also, move over body butters and hand creams, we now have a dedicated foot butter in the market and a good one at that- the Iraya Kokum Foot Softening Butter. Very thick, paste-like product for the feet, and omg I love how it softens the feet in no time! Do try it!

Those were my favorites this month. Do share yours too in the comments below
