The top ten Artists in our list earned an insane total of $1.4 billion
last year. Almost half of that sweet coin was brought in by Dr. Dre – he wasn’t kidding when he said “You never been on a ride like this befo'”.

To form this list of the top paid musicians, we considered income from recorded music,
merchandise sales, touring, endorsements, publishing and other ventures. The earnings were calculated from
June 2013 to June 2014 and based on data from Wikipedia, the RIAA and Nielsen, Pollstar, managers, some artists themselves as well as general internet research. Please let us know if you find any errors.

Dr Dre did not sit with us this time around (what a shame), though some other
artists in this list did speak with TheHollywoodMag over the past year. There is a very good chance we could see a different line up of top 10 next year and and we wish everyone in the list good luck.
