MEEKER I If you can’t wait to dig in the dirt, Rocky Mountain Gardening is the class for you.

Dianne Wall will be teaching a series of three classes beginning April 13-27 at the CNCC Meeker Center, located at 345 Sixth St. There are two possible times for the classes, either 9 to 11 a.m. or 6 to 8 p.m.

The class focus will be on designs for pretty yards with flowers, herbs and veggies for small areas or greenhouses in the Rocky Mountains. Part of the class will be learning the basics of pressing garden flowers to make creative works of art.

Students will design an art piece from pressed flowers to take home. Find a friend and come enjoy gardening in the spring!
