INVITATION TO BID TOWN OF DINOSAUR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NEW HEADWORKS STRUCTURE MOFFAT COUNTY, COLORADO May 8, 2014 Sealed bids for the Town of Dinosaur’s Wastewater Treatment Plant New Headworks Structure will be received at the Dinosaur Town Hall, 317 Stegosaurus Freeway, P.O. This form certified that the contractor/proposed subcontractor were in compliance with the Joint Reporting Committee EEO-1 form requirements.
