The EASTERN RIO BLANCO METROPOLITAN RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is soliciting proposals from qualified food vendors to operate the concession stands during all scheduled ball games from mid-April through August at Paintbrush Park ball fields.
