Notice is hereby given of the filing of Permit Revision 04 (PR-04) to the Colowy Coal Mine Permit No. C-1981-019, by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, CO. 81641, with the Colorado Division Reclamation Mining and Safety, Colorado Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. PR-04 proposes updates to the Collom Mine expansion area to reflect changes to the mine plan, a reconfiguration of the temporary out of pit stockpile, proposed sediment control measures including additional sediment pond locations, a new facilities layout, and revisions to the permit boundary.
