At 18h00 on Saturday, the 30th January, NSRI Wilderness duty crew, the SA Police Services, a Police Dive Unit, WC Government Health EMS and Sedgefield Fire and Rescue Services responded to Swartvlei, a lagoon in Sedgefield.
33 people being treated for meningitis in Mossel Bay
More than 30 people are receiving treatment for meningitis in Mossel Bay in the Western Cape. The Western Cape health department on Sunday said there had been 33 cases reported since the outbreak started in December.
