Shonan Design (S) Pte Ltd is a fully-owned subsidiary of Shonan Design Japan and started our operations in Singapore since 1996. We have been realising the “Virtual to Real” process over the years, being involved in many stages of Automotive and general product development from design to pre-production.
We employ over a hundred engineers and specialize in prototype making using either CNC machines, Silicon moulds, SLS or SLA technology. Thus, our staffs are well trained and operational procedures are established in accordance to high standards set in our HQ.
As a result, we are able to provide Good Quality Prototypes comparable to those done in Japan with competitive prices which allow us to have a huge success in Singapore and good rapport with major customers like Hewlette Packard, Venture Corporation and Flextronics Design Asia with our advanced CADCAM solutions and 3D scanners that has help numerous companies to enhance productivity and improve ability to handle higher value jobs.
