Stop by the Grafton Public Library during April school vacation week for one of our programs:

LEGO Fun – Tuesday, April 19 & Thursday, April 21  10 am-12 pm All ages. Drop-in and make your own creation! The only limit is your imagination!

Movie Night: Goosebumps (2015 rated PG) – Tuesday, April 19  6:30 pm Join us for a movie night in the Children’s Room! The Children’s Room will be closed to regular circulation from 6-9 pm for this program.

Drumming with Craig Harris – Wednesday, April 20  1:00 pm  All ages.  Join performer Craig Harris in this hands-on drumming workshop. Registration is required, please call 508-839-4649 or email graftonlibrary.ma@gmail.com to sign-up. This program is brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Board of Library Commissioners. The Children’s Room will be closed to regular circulation from 12:30-3:30 pm so we can provide this program.

Tween Crafternoon: Stop-Motion Animation – Thursday, April 21  3:00-4:30 pm  Ages 8-12

Bring your iPod, phone or tablet (or use one of ours) and join us as we try out some of the best new apps for creating stop-motion animation. We’ll use Legos, mini-figures, and even create our own characters out of clay. Registration is required, please call 508-839-4649 or email graftonlibrary.ma@gmail.com to sign up.

Teen Program: The Scorch Trials Movie Night – Thursday, April 21  6:30 pm  Rated PG-13.  Based upon the novel “The Scorch Trials” of the Maze Runner series by James Dashner.  Please register for this program by calling 508-839-4649 or email acusher@cwmars.org

Biomes Traveling Tide Pools – Friday, April 22  Drop-in from 1:00-3:00 pm All ages.

Please note location: South Grafton Elementary School

Biomes Traveling Tide Pool is a hands-on experience featuring animals like starfish, sea urchins, whelks, spider crabs, oysters, as well as hermit and horseshoe crabs. We will also set up a small fish tank containing other animals like seahorses, pipefish, and brittle stars. Participants can visit the bins at their own pace and our staff will educate them about the animals and answer questions.  Biomes Traveling Tide Pools are brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Board of Library Commissioners.
Teen Program: Nerdfighters – Saturday, April 23  1:00-3:00 pm  Play Super Smash Bros on our WiiU or bring your favorite nerdy items to play.  This free program is for teens in grades 6-12.
