The Work can help us move from victimhood to an empowered mindset, in any area of our lives, including: intimate relationships, parenting, working relationships, & our most intimate relationship—with ourselves.  Through The Work, we learn to question our stressful & judgemental thoughts, which are often at the root of depression & anxiety.  We stop arguing with reality, & begin to see that the solutions are inside us—in learning from, & then releasing, stressful thoughts.
