It’s a shoe party and everyone’s invited!

Every year on The Glamorous Housewife, I like to celebrate the holiday season by finding the best of classic party dresses and pairing them up with amazingly spectacular high heels. But this year I had so many choices I decided to break the post up into two.

Last week I shared with you all of the fabulous frocks I found, which you can see HERE.

Today I am reveling in the glitz and glamour of sky-high heels!

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I mainly wear flats. But as a shoeaholic, I am also a connoisseur of the high heel. To “make it work” as Tim Gunn would say, I carry a pair of fold up flats I purchased for under twenty bucks about five years ago! They are Dr. Scholl’s and I love them because I can slip them on to walk and then when I arrive at my party I quickly switch them for my heels. They fold up into practically nothing and I keep them in my clutch! When it is time to leave the party, I do the ol’ switcharoo and voila! Pain free feet!

And that, ladies, is my secret to wearing high heels with bad feet!

But I digress.

Today’s post is an abundance of the most glamorous heels available on the internet right now! And yes, I want them all!

1.) Jeweled Pump 2.) Gala Heels 3.) Satin Pumps 4.) Strawberry Pendant Pump 5.) Lovely Pointy Toe Pump

Let’s start with not so basic black. Could you just die at these captivating pumps? My favorite in this collection is #1, which are by MiuMiu. But I am also loving #4 by Miss L. Fire because they are so retro chic, and as someone who owns at least twenty! pairs of Miss L. Fire shoes, I can assure you they are also quite comfortable!

1.) Vera Glitter Heels 2.) Scalloped D’Orsay Heels 3.) Caro Heels

I am loving these shoes because they all have that unique deep bronze hue. I think these are perfect for those of you who are classy but with a twist!

1.) Crystal Peep Toe Pump 2.) Sparkling Stilettos  3.) Glitter Heel Pumps 4.) Crystal Back Open Toes Pump

Thank goodness nobody follows the old rule of no white after Labor Day. Who thought that was a good idea?

1.) Rouge Peep Toe Heel 2.) Mary Jane Pump 3.) Pari Tassel Pump 4.) Pointy Toe Pump

I have quite a few pairs of red shoes, but I am always looking to add more to my collection. The Mary Jane Pumps are calling my name. Though they are crazy expensive, they are also a classic and I think they could easily be worn for at least a decade if you took good care of the velvet.

1.) T-Straps Heel 2.) Glittery Gold T-Straps 3.) Ankle Strap Peep Toe Heel 4.) Brave Cutout Heel In Gold

You know what I adore about gold shoes? They literally go with anything and they are so much more glamorous than a black pump.

1.) Julieta Heels 2.) Starlet Heels 3.) Pointy Toe Bow Pump

You know, I am usually not a fan of grey shoe, but I do own a few pairs and I find they are often the perfect accompaniment to many of my cocktail dresses!

1.) Black & Gold d’Orsay Pump 2.) Pointy Toe Bow Pump 3.) Mary Jane Pump 4.) Lace Platforms 5.) Glitter Heel Pump

There were too many black pairs of shoes to list in one collage, so I split them into two. If these aren’t swoon worthy, I don’t know what is!

So there you have this year’s holiday shoe extravaganza! I’ve already told you which pairs are my favorites so now I want you to tell me which ones you adore! Let me know in the comments!
