There’s a great new online resource – Pregnant@Work – that we’ll be adding to our sidebar of useful HR Resources. The site offers tools and educational information about accommodating pregnant women at work. The website was created as an initiative of the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  The members of the Pregnancy Accommodation Working Group who compiled the site include employment lawyers, professors and scholars, healthcare professionals, social workers, unions, non-profit organizations, and government officials.
