The Restaurant at Donnybrook fair is situated above our flagship store in the heart of Donnybrook village. They are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they even do a traditional Sunday roast lunch. Their menus are created combining the finest seasonal produce.

Our unique Kamado style grill burns natural lump wood charcoal, it gives the juiciest and most mouth watering finish and flavour to our range of different meat cuts.

*Cooked direct – over charcoal fire for an intense grill flavour

**Cooked indirect – “Low & Slow” for a more penetrating BBQ flavour 

(V) Suitable for Vegetarians

Prime cuts like dry aged beef and free range chicken are grilled over direct heat whereas choice cuts; baby back ribs, brisket or Barbeque beans, are cooked in an indirect way for an authentic BBQ flavour and texture.

This evening’s set menu is designed to showcase the flavours of the grill paired with some fantastic Irish Craft beers of your choosing
