The Chop House is Dublin 4′s newest Gastro pub and restaurant. Proprietors Kevin Arundel (formerly of No. 10 and L’Ecrivain) and Jillian Mulcahy wanted to offer the locality fine food at very reasonable prices in a comfortable pub environment.

The menu offers diversity but the main focus is worked around traditional French cuisine with inspiration also taken from Japan and across Asia.

“Our aim is to provide a relaxed and simple environment in the Dublin 4 locality, where you can choose to have a drink or sample the wonderful food. We want our customers to leave with a sense that you have been somewhere special and are already looking forward to next time”.

The location is enviable – in the clutch of the brand new Aviva Stadium- so Rugby, Soccer and Concerts will feature greatly during the year.

Our little terrasse provides a perfect space for al-fresco dining or grab a nice cold beer.

We also have a beautiful function room upstairs which can cater for up for 70 people comfortably.

Situated on one of the busiest junctions in Dublin 4 – The Chop House is a neighbourhood gastropub – serving Michelin quality food – in a pub atmosphere with prices that certainly won’t break the bank.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Gastropub in the near future!!
