If you’re looking for the perfect steak restaurant in Dublin, then look no further. The AA rosette 2013/14 award winning Park Restaurant at Castleknock Hotel is a premier Dublin steak restaurant open nightly from 5.30pm. Upon entering ‘The Park’, guests will be impressed with the elegant ambience of candlelit tables at night, soft music, stunning decor with parkland and lake views of the hotel’s golf course and gardens, perfect for a romantic meal, special occasion or just a relaxing dining experience.

All The Park Restaurant steaks are 21 day ‘dry aged’ to maximise flavour and enjoyment and are traceable as 100% Irish from ‘farm to fork’. The chef’s special is the 16oz T-Bone Steak, striploin and fillet connected to the signature T-Bone. The restaurant also includes a vegetarian option and some delicious fish dishes.

The Park Restaurant is delighted to present this Menu created with quality produce that are seasonal and locally sourced from a select group of suppliers. All ingredients have been chosen and selected with great care by our Kitchen Team under the tutelage of Executive Chef Neal Kearns to maximize your enjoyment.

This menu combines the freshest of produce with classic cooking skills to create simple elegant dishes. All dishes are prepared to order Steaks are our Speciality at The Park and our 21 day dry aged beef is chosen from its texture and flavour. All Steaks are certified 100% Irish and are traceable from farm to fork.
