Welcome to China Sichuan Restaurant

We are located on Ballymoss Road in the Sandyford Industrial Park in our new, modern, purpose built restaurant within 100 meters of the Stillorgan Luas stop. The restaurant seats approximately 90 people in relaxed and informal surroundings. We have a heated terrace area protected from the weather for dining or just a relaxed drink. The restaurant is open for lunch Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 3pm and on Sundays from 12pm through to 9pm with our Sunday Menu. Dinner is served Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.

China Sichuan is delighted to have their new Executive Chef Andy Foo in the kitchen. Andy hails from Singapore and has over 20 years experience working as a chef and specialising in Chinese cuisine over the last decade. The dishes we create in China Sichuan are delicate, presentable, tasty and healthy. The team and I spend much of our time preparing the stocks, marinades and sauces. A lot of time is spent planning and preparing. My style of cooking has partly been influenced by my time at Yauatcha, London where I was Chef de Cuisine and maintained their Michelin star. It is an exciting time to be here.
