9.00pm The Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance 2016 BBC1 - Huw Edwards presents the Royal British Legion's annual Festival of Remembrance, which pays tribute to all victims of war and conflict. In the presence of HM the Queen, HRH the Duke of Edinburgh and other members of the royal family, Michael Ball and Alfie Boe, Laura Mvula, Birdy and Alexander Armstrong perform alongside the Royal Air Force Squadronaires and the Band of HM Royal Marines. From World War One to the present day, as the poppy petals fall from the roof of the Royal Albert Hall, the Festival remembers the many who make the ultimate sacrifice.

9.00pm Will Britain Ever have a Black Prime Minister? BBC2 - British TV and movie star David Harewood investigates the obstacles facing black Britons in rising to positions of power and influence, and calculates the statistical chances of someone from his own background ever becoming prime minister. In this personal and at times angry film, Harewood tackles some of our biggest institutions, including top universities and the BBC, to find out why so many barriers remain to black people achieving their potential. 9.00pm I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! ITV - The reality show returns for a new series as another batch of famous faces prepare to take on the jungle and all it throws at them. Ant and Dec are at the helm once again as the celebrities are thrown in at the deep end and forced to endure gruelling challenges right from the start. 8.30pm Children in Need Rocks for Terry BBC1 - A special concert staged at the Royal Albert Hall to honour legendary broadcaster and the inspirational figurehead of BBC Children in Need, Sir Terry Wogan. Music that Sir Terry loved or had a connection with is at the heart of this celebration and is performed by artists including Take That, Ellie Goulding, Olly Murs, Gregory Porter, Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, Rick Astley, Beverley Knight, Alexander Armstrong, The Vamps, Ward Thomas and Shaun Escoffery. The concert, hosted by Fearne Cotton and Greg James, also includes Children in Need appeal films and archive depicting Sir Terry's incredible broadcasting career, including a chance to relive one of the classic Radio 2 Janet and John stories accompanied by special illustrations created by Tony Ross.

NW tells the story of Natalie and Leah, friends who grew up together in north west London, whose lives have taken them in different directions. 10.45pm Prison, My Parents and Me BBC1 - Documentary for Children in Need showing what it is like to be a prisoner's child, giving children often lost in the system a chance to tell their own stories. The number of children with a mum or dad in prison is growing at an alarming rate. Nearly 10,000 children visit a prison every week, but while their parent is on the inside, outside the children are often bullied and left feeling isolated and ostracised. Bafta-nominated film-maker Catey Sexton gives a humane and sensitive insight into the lives of those often lost in the system and reveals how prisoners' children are twice as likely to suffer from poor mental health, while two out of three boys with a dad in prison will go on to offend themselves. The film shows that when children are given support, their futures could be bright - instead of some of them becoming the next generation of parents in prison. But other than a handful of charities and few enlightened prisons making a difference, there is still long way to go.

Unprecedented numbers are being diagnosed with mental health disorders, medicated, or are facing a crisis of identity. For almost 100 years the Tavistock and Portman has been at the forefront of exploring young minds. This series, with exclusive access to the Trust, goes behind Tavistock's doors for the first time. It's the first question that's asked, before we're even born - 'is it a boy or girl?' But for an increasing number of children, the answer isn't straightforward. The first programme in this series, directed by Bafta-award-winning Peter Beard, follows two families who attend the Tavistock's Gender Identity Development Service, through life-changing decisions.

Over this four-part series, Kevin is joined by Damion Burrows and Zac Monro, as they explore some of Britain's most cutting-edge contemporary homes, all of them in the running for the prestigious prize - the Bafta of the architecture world.
