8.00pm Coastal Walks with My Dog More4 - There's no better way to experience the beauty of Britain's shorelines than on a coastal walk with your dog. Six celebrities walk Britain's diverse and dazzling coastline accompanied by their faithful four-legged friends, meeting local experts, enthusiasts and fellow walkers along the way. The celebrities taking part include actor Angela Griffin, Cerys Matthews and property presenter Phil Spencer. In the first episode, Bill Bailey goes on a smugglers' trail in North Devon, while 6Music broadcaster Cerys Matthews walks Pembrokeshire's rugged coastline, and actor and impressionist Debra Stephenson is on Dorset's Jurassic coast.
9.00pm Michael Jackson's Journey from Motown to Off The Wall BBC2 - Documentary by Spike Lee about the 'King of Pop', Michael Jackson, which follows him from his early years at Motown Records until his legendary first solo album Off the Wall. Including archival footage from Michael's personal collection plus interviews with contemporary talents and family members.
9.00pm Follow the Money BBC4 - Double bill of a new Danish drama series set in the economic crime world: at banks, in the equity market and in boardrooms. When the body of a man is washed ashore near a wind farm, police detective Mads is called out to investigate. At first, it merely looks like an industrial accident, but the case implicates the upper echelons of Energreen - one of Denmark's most successful and leading energy companies. The CEO of Energreen is the charismatic Sander, and young lawyer Claudia is working hard to advance in the company. Nicky, a former car thief and mechanic, works at his father-in-law's garage.

5.15pm Sport Relief 2016: The Best Bits BBC1 - Another chance to see all the best moments from an incredible night of TV as the biggest stars come together to raise money for Sport Relief. Highlights include Michael Crawford donning his beret for the first time in nearly 40 years as Frank Spencer in a special edition of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em with Sir Bradley Wiggins. David Walliams and Peter Crouch team up in a special Little Britain. Idris Elba stars alongside Lenny Henry and a host of sport stars in a one-off Luther. Jack Whitehall has an encounter with football superstar Gareth Bale, and Jo Brand, Eddie Izzard, and Greg James relive their fundraising challenges.
6.00pm Heston's Dinner in Space Channel 4 - Long before lifting off for his six-month mission on board the International Space Station, British astronaut Tim Peake challenged Heston Blumenthal to create dishes to take with him, which would remind him of home.
8.00pm Great Canal Journeys Channel 4 - Timothy West and Prunella Scales embark on more spectacular canal journeys. Sweden is a land of deep forests, vast lakes and island-strewn coasts, and linking it all together is a ribbon of blue. Tim and Pru head into uncharted waters as they attempt one of the longest and most beautiful canal journeys in the world, travelling 350 miles, coast to coast across Sweden.

9.00pm The Tube: Going Underground Five - Documentary series following the work of the staff who keep London's underground train service running smoothly. Charlotte struggles to keep the ageing stock of Piccadilly Line rolling. At Bank station, Naeem's plan to send passengers to London Bridge during a strike leads to chaos. At Holborn, station supervisor Tony tries to update a decades-old rule on the escalators.

9.00pm The A-Word BBC1 - New six-part drama from writer Peter Bowker. In their idyllic Lake District home, the extended Hughes family reunites for Joe's fifth birthday party. But tensions soon rise among Alison, Paul and patriarch Maurice when newly-arrived Eddie and Nicola suggest Joe has communication problems. When they take him to a specialist their lives are turned upside down.
9.00pm The Beginning and End of the Universe BBC2 - Two-part documentary in which Professor Jim Al-Khalili looks at the biggest subject of all, the universe. In part one he takes us back in time to tackle the greatest question in science - how did the universe begin? Uncovering the origins of the universe is regarded as humankind's greatest intellectual achievement. By recreating key experiments Jim unravels the cosmic mystery of science's creation story before witnessing a moment, one millionth of a second, after the universe sprang into existence.
9.00pm One Born Every Minute Channel 4 - The documentary series that explores the drama and emotion of a maternity unit from the perspective of the parents-to-be and the maternity ward staff returns for a new run. Nineteen years after becoming the first triplet to be delivered at Liverpool Women's Hospital, Kirsty has returned to have a baby of her own.
9.00pm Ross Kemp's Britain Sky1 - Ross Kemp explores some of the most challenging issues facing Britain today in a hard-hitting new documentary series. He begins with immigration.

8.00pm The Supervet Channel 4 - The Supervet returns for a new run of shows. Ruth and her husband Chris have spent their lives saving stray animals. They live with a menagerie of chickens, ferrets, fish, and a three-legged cat called Jersey, who has recently become lame on her single back leg. Professor Noel Fitzpatrick has to decide if the first-ever hip replacement on a three-legged cat is viable. Also, a Great Dane that's two metres tall gets a custom-designed spinal implant. And a Dogue de Bordeaux gets help with elbow dysplasia.

Marcus has flair, passion, and experience, while Mark an understanding of cooking at the molecular level and access to state-of-the-art technology. Ultimately the question they will try to answer is this: is cooking a science or an art?

8.00pm Britain's Whales ITV - Part one of a two-part adventure in which Ben Fogle and Ellie Harrison go in search of Britain's whales and sharks. Off the coast of Ireland, Ben comes face to face with a pod of humpbacks and witnesses dolphins working with the whales to hunt down their prey. But sharks are proving much harder to find. Using the biggest shark bait on Earth, the duo prepare to head out to sea.
8.30pm Travel Man Channel 4 - Richard Ayoade packs his carry-on case once again as he resumes his quest to show the world how to enjoy an optimal 48 hour mini city break. This time he is joined by comedian Rob Delaney for two days in Seville, in southern Spain: where they learn to dance flamenco; eat tapas and churros; explore Metropol Parasol, one of the boldest pieces of modern architecture in Europe; and take a road trip to the Wild West, and Fort Bravo, the film set built for the spaghetti western A Fistful of Dollars. After seeking to channel their inner Eastwood, the amigos repair to the saloon for some Fanta and a Kinder egg.

John and Maureen are in a top of the range Winnebago, Trevor and Carol in Trevor's beloved caravan and Alan and Joyce in a leaky two man tent. The boys get into trouble on a charity bike ride and Trevor's plans of upgrading the caravan are put on hold. Meanwhile, the girls meet a handsome young Swede with a penchant for older ladies, but find out he's not as good as he looks.

9.00pm Britain's Sharks ITV - Part one of a two-part adventure in which Ben Fogle and Ellie Harrison go in search of Britain's whales and sharks. In an ambitious operation, Ben and Ellie return the body of a humpback whale to the sea and reveal how the death of these marine giants can trigger a feeding frenzy to match. With over 200 blue sharks attending the feast, it marks the greatest gathering ever in UK waters.

9.00pm Blue Eyes: Let the Party Begin More4 - Walter Presents - which showcases the best foreign language drama from around the world - continues with this taut, contemporary thriller from Sweden. As a general election draws near, the murder of a controversial candidate has dramatic consequences for Swedish politics and for the safety of the country's citizens. Just a few weeks before the elections, Sarah Farzin, the chief of staff at the Justice Department, vanishes without a trace. The Minister of Justice, Gunnar Elvestad, replaces her with the former incumbent, Elin Hammar. Elin soon discovers that someone is trying to cover up Sarah's mysterious disappearance, important documents are missing and others have been falsified. Meanwhile, in a small community, Annika Nilsson, the local representative of an extreme right-wing party, is brutally murdered after making a controversial speech in the town square.
10.25pm The Graham Norton Show BBC1 - Graham is joined by the stars of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in a special edition of the talk show. On the sofa are Batman himself, Oscar winner Ben Affleck; his alien adversary Superman, British star Henry Cavill; and five-times Oscar nominated Amy Adams, playing Superman's love interest Lois Lane. With music from the Pet Shop Boys, performing their new single The Pop Kids.
