In the first episode of the new series, boss Roger drops a bombshell on his staff by announcing the replacement of his long-standing manager, with an auction house novice. And as goods come flooding through the door for the week's sale, the valuers take in two particularly eye-catching items: a pair of opulent four-poster designer dog beds that are ideal for Chelsea's pampered pooches and cost over ú1000 each.

10.00pm Modern Times: Welcome To Mayfair BBC2 - Documentary series about life in contemporary Britain. From the upmarket resident who dresses in Victorian clothing to the cabbie living in social housing, Welcome to Mayfair offers an intimate portrait of the characters who live, work and play in one of London's most famous areas. Mayfair is home to some of the UK's best-known institutions - Claridges, Christie's auction house and the Burlington Arcade - which sit alongside 1,000 social housing tenants and an army of 80,000 workers who service this exclusive enclave. The film reveals a world of surprises, from the estate agent selling multimillion-pound mansions to the small cafe owners hanging onto their livelihoods by their fingernails.
10.00pm I Survived a Zombie Apocalypse BBC3 - Reality gameshow set six months into a zombie outbreak which sees ten survivors from across the UK head to Monroe Shopping Village - a rescue point where the army were once based, but had to abandon when it was overrun by zombies. They must work together to make this their base - securing shelter, safety and essential supplies for the whole group.

9.00pm UKIP: The First 100 Days Channel 4- One-off fictional documentary, from the producers of Cyberbully and Blackout, is set in a fabricated future where Ukip have won a shock victory in the 2015 general election, and Nigel Farage is Prime Minister of Britain. The film follows the path of a newly elected MP, Deepa Kaur, Ukip's only female Asian MP, as she tries to navigate frontline politics during her first 100 days in office. Deepa settles into the role and works to fulfil Ukip's promises to create a new Britain, remove Britain from Europe and introduce a new crackdown on illegal immigration. Deepa is drawn closer and closer to the centre of power, but her ambition for high office puts her on a collision course with some of her most deeply held convictions. The programme casts members of the public and actors, weaving real-life archive with scripted drama to tell the story of how Britain adapts to a momentous change in government policy and political outlook. The rise of Ukip's electoral support and their prominence in opinion polls is the political phenomenon of recent years and this film provides a timely and innovative exploration of the effect their policies might have on Britain.

8.30pm EastEnders: Backstage Live BBC1 - Zoe Ball joins the cast on set immediately after the EastEnders live episode comes off air. Along with presenters Ore Oduba and Joe Swash, Zoe will be getting instant reactions from some of Albert Square's most famous residents, as well as revealing how the nightly anniversary episodes were meticulously put together from their conception right through to the rolling credits. Cast and crew will talk about the unique preparation and secrecy they've had to endure in the lead up to the live week and there will be special guest appearances, iconic EastEnders moments from the last 30 years and other surprises along the way.
