Summit Electric Supply held a Ground Breaking Ceremony on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, announcing their future location at 3348 South Burnside, Gonzales.
Summit is a privately held independent wholesale distributor of electrical equipment and supplies. They operate in 27 US markets and have 3 industry-focused divisions that sell products around the world which includes an international sales division, an EP&C division located in Houston, TX and an industrial marine division located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Summit is ranked #17 among the nation’s largest electrical distributors (based on 2013 sales).
Summit’s products range from basic commodities to sophisticated electrical components, including motor control, distribution, wire and cable, cords, lighting, conduit and fittings, wiring devices, support systems and fasteners, enclosures, transformers and power protection equipment. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm.
