There’s a big day of local sports set for today and we’ll have the latest on all of the action for you tonight here at The Courier sports department.
Area teams will compete in six track and field meets throughout the region. The biggest meet will take place at Clymer Stadium as Columbus Grove will try and defend its titles at the Putnam County League championships. Courier writer Ted Radick will be on hand to cover the action.
There are also 15 prep baseball and 11 prep softball games on the schedule. Findlay High School’s baseball and softball teams travel to Fremont Ross to highlight tonight’s slate on the diamond.
We’ll also have The Courier’s track honor roll and area prep baseball and softball leaders from around the region as well.
