Welcome to Week 5 of our Vegetarian Meal Planner Series. Each week we will be putting together a scrumptious variety of meals that the whole family will love. The recipes will be easy to make and be assured they will contain the protein needed in a well rounded Vegetarian Diet. All the recipes will be from fellow bloggers so you can be assured they have the yummy seal of approval. This weeks selection is filled with an array of different flavors and an end of Summer Vibe with a tiny taste of Fall. Utilizing the veggies that are in season! MONDAY

Vegetarian Sushi Bowl

A delicious blend of veggies and there is a secret ingredient in the brown rice that puts it over the top!  Don’t tell…but Ella uses Green Tea…see how she does it and serve up bowls of this vegetarian delight to the whole family.  Interchange the veggies and put your own personal spin on the dish…it’s fresh…fun and a year round treasure!









TUESDAY

Tomato and Plum Galette with Black Pepper Crust

How fabulous and easy is this little end of Summer creation.  Use those brightly ripened tomatoes at their peek!  Serve a simple Balsamic Vinegar Dressed Green Salad and you have the perfect meal.









WEDNESDAY

Baked Chilaquiles with Black Beans and Kale

A Mexican treat in the middle of the week is just what the family was hoping for!  Filled with taste and protein.  A real people pleasing meal.  Oh and by the way…everything tastes better with a delicious Free Range Egg on top!  A little side salad might be fun too!







THURSDAY

Broccoli Pesto Mac & Cheese

What a yummy stick to your ribs Thursday Dinner!  Let me tell you…Broccoli Pesto will be come a regular once you try it!







FRIDAY

Chipotle Quinoa Sweet Potato Tacos with Roasted Cranberry Pomegranate Salsa

Here’s a little taste of Fall…the time of Sweet Potatoes, Acorn Squash, Cranberries and more are upon us…you are going to love these!  Oh that Cranberry Pomegranate Salas is the PERFECT accent to this delightful meal.

Enchilada Power Bowls with Spicy Tofu

What a great tasty easy meal for a busy Saturday evening!  This dish has it all including a little bit of ZIP in the Spicy Tofu.







SUNDAY

Lemon Garlic Pasta Skillet with Green Beans

What a tasty and fun Sunday Meal.  Have the kids mix up their favorite salad and serve it with this Fresh and Fabulous Pasta.  Take it from the stove to the table…no serving bowls required…relax with a refreshing glass of wine and enjoy your Sunday with your family and good conversation.  For those of you that can have dairy…you can use whole milk and add some delicious grated cheese of choice and for those of you that prefer regular pasta…go for it!
