Position Business system Analyst
Location Orange county/CA(Locals Only)
Duration 9 Months Contract

Professional experience in Property Casualty insurance.
Business Systems Analysis -
The project will be a upgrade of their Agency Management System. The software is called Winbroker.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with AMS systems, Agency/Broker's office, inside sales.
Qualifications:
· We'd prefer a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis
· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an insurance agency/sales environment.

Broad Personal Lines Agency Experience (Small Commercial a bonus)
• Comparative Rater Integration
• Leads Management
• Telephony (including IVA / IVR)
• Email Marketing (including SMS Texting)
• Workflow Design and Development for Sales and Service
• Time Management including SLA application
• Insurance Forms Design and Integration (ACORD)
• Carrier Integration (AL3 and Direct Rating)
• Consumer Portal Integration
• E-Signature
• Enterprise Content Management (and supporting features)
• Campaign management
• Basic Subledger Accounting Knowledge
o Payables/Receivables
o Direct Bill (Agency Bill a bonus)
o Carrier Settlement
Familiarity with On Premise and Cloud Application Integration
