You'd lose. Not that it would ever get as far as the Supreme Court. This
is an open and shut case.

Pretty much. It's off to the SCOTUS it looks like.

That's exactly what she did and she made sure it was one from a black
person so she could always play the race card if called on it. In
fact, Dr. King's niece has something to say about it;

The Democrats ARE dumb enough to run her.

She was reading a letter that was already part of the congressional
record, and given that Sessions was not being discussed AS a senator,
everything should be on the table.

OT: A little education for the wingnuts...
Alan Baker <alangbaker@telus.net>: Feb 10 01:50AM -0800
'The Constitution does distinguish in some respects between
the rights of citizens and noncitizens: the right not to be
discriminatorily denied the vote and the right to run for federal
elective office are expressly restricted to citizens.12 All other
rights, however, are written without such a limitation. The Fifth and
Fourteenth Amendment due process and equal protection guarantees extend
to all "persons." The rights attaching to criminal trials, including the
right to a public trial, a trial by jury, the assistance of a lawyer,
and the right to confront adverse witnesses, all apply to "the accused."
And both the First Amendment's protections of political and religious
freedoms and the Fourth Amendment's protection of privacy and liberty
apply to "the people." '
<http://scholarship.law.georgetown.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1302&context=facpub>
So contrary to what Greg "thinks", the US constitution does NOT apply
only to citizens.

If being at a security briefings are so important to you than why
can't I find one post from you complaining about Trump missing them?

Well there is where we part ways. Trump is in a security briefing where he
should be paying attention, and as far as he is concerned it's more
important to engage in some ridiculous Twitter rant completely unbecoming
of his office.
Your president is a big orange retard.

The longer they delay the inevitable the better. Trump is
a menace to society.

It's also inevitable that Trump will be gone before 2020. He will either
pull a Palin and quit, or he'll get kicked out for corruption.

Or he'll be judged mentally incompetent to serve.

Everyday since January 20th has been nothing but comedy from the left.
Their new comedy routine is after claiming the republicans blocked
everything Obama tried to do is to now block everything Trump tries to
do.
If I said it once I've it a millions times, when you become a liberal
you have to take an oath of hypocrisy.

Good point. It's possible. Section 4 of the 25th Amendment discusses this
specifically. So three possibilities. Quitting, impeachment or being
declared unfit by his own party.
My own guess is he'll bolt as the pitchforks close in, but that's
obviously a WAG. He's not rational enough to be predictable.

Nordstrom, TJ Maxx, Nieman Marcus, K-Mart and Sears have removed
all Trump-brand products from their stores. After Trump blasted
Nordstrom in a tweet, its stock price went up 7%.
He hasn't been president for a month and already he's talking
about firing three of his top aides.
Kellyanne Conway broke the law when she promoted Ivanka Trump's
clothing line and Michael Flynn broke the law when he discussed
U.S. sanctions with Russian government officials.
He can't get his Muslim immigration ban through the courts.
Everything Trump touches turns to shit.
Watching this circus is getting to be more funny than
maddening.
