Candor?

Trump hasn't released his tax returns not to mention his comedic
doctor's letter.

Trump hasn't released his tax returns not to mention his comedic
doctor's letter. <

It seems self-evident that Trump is healthy and vigorous. He'd run circles around most young people. Hillary otoh...all sort of red flags there. She's brain damaged, prone to seizures, can't stand up and has pneumonia--which of course she lied about. Good lord.
Seeing as you've looked past mountains of evidence of corruption, lies and ridiculous speaking fees to big banks--the transcripts of which Hillary refuses to make public--and unmitigated freed by the Clinton's in general. I'm sure you'll give Trump a pass on his tax returns. I would expect him to have taken every break allowed. Small potatoes vs a constant stream of lies, corruption, national security breaches and walking dead health condition.

Then why not release a real doctor's statement...

As for the other things in your post, Trump is actually the biggest
crook I have ever heard of... I wonder if he did any business without
crime and deception. Latest in the long stream of scams are his
foundation revelations...

We know why he doesn't release tax returns... he has questionable stuff
there a plenty and doesn't pay any taxes. And why should he...

You must be in basket of deplorables, speaking for that crook.

What BS are you coming up with now? The goal is to win the contest and you pick the players you think will reach the finals whether that means picking Big Four players or different players. I got Muguruza right for the FO(she hadn't won a slam before that) and Kerber right for this USO(when many people said she wouldn't win another slam including you) so I for sure don't always pick safely.

You have 8 wins but you've been on RST the longest haven't you? The goal should be to win as many contests as possible but also if you can't win to be in the top percentile each and every year and not to have many zero score contests.

And look on the bright side - Stan has a legit chance at career slam
now. The more players that win career slam in this era the easier it is
to disparage it v past eras when conditions were more diverse.

Indeed By Wimbledon next year we could have 5 guys in last 8 yrs winning
career slam - Fed, Rafa, Djoker, Murray & Stan. <

Murray has a better chance than Stan and a decent one at that. Would love to see Stan do it though. But of course no easier to win a cs now than prior eras. That seemingly common-sense notion was debunked by the geniuses of rst a while back.

You've been telling us for years that Federer is your current fave in the game today(which nobody with a brain believes.) What's this goalpost shift now to Stan? Your inconsistencies are too much Whisper! I could wallpaper my entire home with your inconsistencies.

He's a complete dick with his on court antics IMO. A player who has the proper balance between being professional on court, making winning a priority and being a good ambassador off court is Federer IMO. Djokovic doesn't compare to Fed at all with his gamesmanship BS such as strategic MTOs, possum playing, abuse hurled at ball kids, breaking of rackets, swearing at crowds in Serbian, etc. etc.

What he did vs Stan in that USO final with that strategic BS MTO was distasteful and was the last straw for me. I went from disliking him to detesting him. Thankfully, Stan did not fall for any of Djokovic`s phony ploys and kept his head and got the job done (unlike Murray who is often distracted by these type of ploys by Djokovic and other players.)

He`ll be clear GOAT only if he can surpass 17 slams and have the weeks at number one record.

No, he would not have been clear goat if he had won Wimbledon, the USO and the AO in January 2017. That would put him at 15 slams. In any case, it doesn`t matter because he failed to do it and is at 12 slams.

> You should be thanking me for raising the tennis IQ of rst, not taking

LOL. You are so full of yourself. I`m pointing out your inconsistent posts and what you should be doing is admitting to those inconsistencies instead of piling on the BS but your type of personality won`t allow you to do it.(narcissistic personality.) You have been cutting Djokovic up as one of the weakest greats ever up until around a year ago and the only reason you are trying to elevate him now is because you think he may have a chance to surpass Federer. Everybody(except maybe Boob and insane skriptis) knows that about you and they see right through it. Just stop.

And you know this how? You have inside details about WADA, ITF and sisters have been upto? Its possible that they got caught and then all decided to add those drugs to the exemptions list.

Why would she register for that if the drug was not banned at all until 12/32/2015? She said she did not know the drug was banned. And also the drug she took was Mildronate which had a small amount of meldonium. Mildronate is not banned.

I doubt the lower ranked players know of this exemption list.

Federer blossomed only after the conditions started to be more
uniform.

He himself said that one of the biggest problems for him was that
he was obviously quite talented and had so many options at his
disposal but couldn't excell. Jack of all trades and master of
none.

Standardisation of the surfaces enabled him to find his niche and
concentrate on particular style and execution.

> It just makes no sense that any one person would have the power to do it unchecked.

It's one or two people in addition to president... who merely confirm
president's order and probably have been nominated by him/her for the
office. You see the people Trump surrounds him with...

"Furthermore, there's a "must notify" part of the nuclear protocol that
requires the DoD and whomever else inside the White House to notify
senior leaders of the US government in the event of a nuclear launch."

...that is bs. There could be few minutes between threat and retaliation
strike, not time for government to discuss and vote about it.

> Otherwise, even the most stable president could have a medically-induced psychotic episode and start nuking countries willy-nilly.

Well there's an odd chance Trump would rain a nuclear holocaust on us
because of a tweet. But more likely reason would be some terrorist act
mistaken for first strike, North Korea going crazy(er) etc. Or simply a
"mishap" which trigger happy, unbalanced and ignorant president could
retaliate. President is supposed to be sort of last safety measure
between trigger happy generals and the nuclear holocaust...

Here are couple past nuclear mishaps...

"In 1961, a B-52 bomber broke up over North Carolina and dropped two
warheads to the earth; each had the potential to explode with the force
of 200-plus Hiroshimas.

In 1979, Carter's national security adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, was
told that hundreds of missiles were on their way from the Soviet Union;
a minute before he called the president to coordinate a devastating
response, he was told that the military had misinterpreted a training
exercise.

In 1983 and 1995, Moscow came within minutes of retaliating against
false alarms — the first prompted by sunlight reflecting off clouds, the
second by a NASA research rocket."

I think I need to get ready for Trump's presidency by watching "The Day
After", which has been on my watchlist a few years...

What does owning the field mean anyway?

I'd go with #1 guy to be the one who is owning.

Or you might demand some ridiculous win percentages or multi slam
years for that definition which is all fine, but it's also quite
arbitrary, unless we're talking about 100%.

Best to stay with the rankings.

So, prior his injury, Sampras was number 1.

Isn't that the whole point of having banned substances?

Almost all of those injuries are consequence ie product of
competing and playing at the highest level.

What sense is there in allowing to treat those with usually banned
substances?

I'd understand if e.g. Nadal or Djoker were given TUE to treat
e.g. pneumonia but to treat conditions and injuries they got
themselves with defensive play that played a part in their
championships ascendance?

Well, no.
