Duration: 6 Months Plus (currently budgeted for 17 months!)
In submittal, please save us time going back and forth and include everything. Name, number, email, hourly all-inclusive rate, confirmation that you will take care of in-person interview cost and relocation (ideally you have someone local to VA)

Job Description:
Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com) is currently seeking a highly-motivated PowerBuilder Developer who has a demonstrable track record of being an effective and creative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while being a strong contributor to the diverse range of projects.
The candidate will provide support to all mission critical applications both under development and in production. This position will be a member of the Ticketmaster Chantilly Product Development team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, driven by the desire to learn, and be able to work within a team to provide solutions and solve problems.
Qualifications:
7+ years of PowerBuilder application experience using Sybase PB Enterprise 10, 11, 12, including creating builds.
Must be able to support all aspects of a projects development lifecycle.
Participate in specification, design, implementation, documentation, code reviews and testing for new projects/enhancements.
Must have a strong background in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques; service oriented architecture (SOA), analysis, design, and unit testing.
Proficient use of the PowerBuilder IDE debugger to troubleshoot and fix errors is a must.
Knowledge in development tools such as Sybase SQL Anywhere 10+, Serena Source Control (PVCS), InstallShield is desired.
Knowledge of VB.Net using Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012 is a plus.
Have the ability to examine and quickly learn existing business logic and processes.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and code-reading skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form.
Must be a self-starting team player, and have the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
