Title : UX Architect
Location : Chevy Chase, MD
Duration : 6 Months plus
More details:
Ideal candidate should be an architect (.Net based) around user experience
Any prior experience in insurance domain will be great plus
He/She should be able to understand the current user interface (experience) and be able to suggest ways to improve the overall experience
He/She should be able to work with UI architects to define the various customer experience improvements
The ideal candidate will be working with top leadership and should be presentable and highly passionate about the work
Skills Required:
.Net, HTML, CSS, visual design tools
7-10 yr. of experience or 5-7 yr. of exp.
Develop UX strategy / architect
Creates Wirefames
Develop Visual Design / UX designs
Understand requirements from frontend presentation layer prospective
HTML/CSS development for key templates and screens

Position 2:
Title : Android Native App developer
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration : 6 Months plus
Skills Required:
Design, Develop & Prototype Android native customer applications for phones and tablets for internal and external use.
Participate in full app life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release to app store.
Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimates.
Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms
Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.
Write and maintain documentation for all features in development
Required Skills:
Over 8+ years of hands-on experience developing applications in Java/J2EE and any mobile platforms
Over 3+ years of strong hands on experience in Android (Java) native app design and development experience.
Strong mobile UI design and implementation experience, including prototyping
A rock solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and Java.
Experience with multithreading, memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices.
Passion for analyzing and improving runtime efficiency and memory footprint.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Public showcase and repository of Mobile Apps and work desirable.

Position 4:
Title : Software Engineer with Mobile Experience
Location : Palo Alto, CA
Duration : 6 Months plus
Skills
- Experience working with at least one of the latest stacks and libraries: Node.js, React, Angular, Rails, LESS, SASS, CoffeeScript, etc.
- Experience with AOSP stack and/or swift/other iOS development suites
- Insightful opinions about developing for mobile and Scary amazing debugging skills
- Experience developing location aware mobile applications & testing suites for mobile applications
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK is a plus

Title : Software Engineer – Full stack
Location : Palo Alto, CA
Duration : 6 Months plus
Description:
We are looking for a software engineer who thrives on proving that speed and quality are not conflicting. In addition to having an intimate knowledge of the Data infrastructure & distributed data processing , he/she should understand how all the pieces fit together (front-end, database, network layer, etc.) and how they impact the performance of an application. You should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business environment.
Skills
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Python or JavaScript) and data management tools: Impala, MySQL, MongoDB, Hive.
• Strong architecture chops: Experience building fault tolerant Data storage solutions which enable quick application builds
• Experience with Cloudera's CDH distribution. Data applications with Scala is a bonus
• Experience in using data tools for analytical operations
• Knowledge of Web-based distributed application development
• Able to work in an Agile work environment
Position 6:
Title : Project Manager
Location : Irving, Dallas-TX
Duration : 6 Months plus
Required Skills:
• Effectively plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage project requirements on time while meeting high quality standards
• Partner closely with Product Management to accurately plan and set productivity pace leveraging Agile estimating approaches for development and UX design
• Oversee the daily progress of the project with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality
• Apply Agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success
• Report project status to leadership on a weekly and as-needed basis
• Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts
• Leverage innovative critical thinking approaches to solve problems
Desired Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated passion for project management and proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; understanding of software development, testing, project management methodologies
• Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints

• Verified ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Position 7:
Title : Oracle Technical Consultant
Location : Scotts Valley, CA
Duration : 4 Months plus
Required Skills:
• Over 5 to 7 years of experience in IT
• Strong functional / technical knowledge and experience with Knowledge in Oracle Applications
• Extensive experience in developing Oracle Forms & Reports
• Strong development background in PL/SQL along with knowledge of web services.
• Strong communication skills to work with the team with experience in Oracle EBS Suite application
• Status reporting to Customer
