Job Description:Required:
·         3+ years SOA integration development experience using IBM Business Process Manager Advanced
·         3+ years experience developing web services-based applications with SOA (Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, REST) in J2EE implementations

·         Extensive experience with designing, developing, testing, and supporting a variety of middleware.

Description:
·         Individual will be a member of the Enterprise Integration Competency Center's Application Integration (A2A) support and development team.
·         The qualified candidate will design, develop, and deliver business services through the use of IBM's SOA tools, specifically BPM (Business Process Manager Advanced).

Summary:
·         The main function of a Analyst / Developer Specialized is to provide application and/or team leadership in the development of detailed system specifications for major business support and/or development, integration, and implementation projects.

Job Responsibilities:
·         Design, code, test, and debug programs of varying levels of complexity.
·         Acts as team leader for development and support groups.
·         Provides project management, programming, and systems leadership, guidance and assistance to other team members.
·         Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of time and cost constraints.
·         Performs implementation and integration tasks for medium to large, complex in-house developed or purchased software solutions.
·         Work with vendors on integration of purchased application solutions.
·         Complex application problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
·         Assist customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts.
·         Prioritize, manage, and track team workload progress as required.

·         Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to work independently on complex issues.
·         Ability to work with diverse team members to build a cohesive team.
·         Fully knowledgeable of related infrastructure components and/or operating environment.

Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
·         High proficiency in a computer software application or functional expertise specifically identified in the assignment requirements.
·         Datastage, SAP Bobj, Java, ETQ, SalesForce experience, PeopleSoft, Laboratory Info. Mgt. (LIMS) experience, eCommerce coding experience, SOA experience, Mobile application development, Websphere application experience, Adobe CQ application experience.

Education/Experience:
·         Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
·         7-8 years' experience required.
