What would you say is your biggest insecurity? Does it affect your day-to-day life?
My biggest insecurity is my teeth. They’re like the Achilles heel of my insecurities. The fact that I have to use a flipper for teeth that are in the front and am required to removed the flipper to eat makes eating in public very anxiety-inducing and it never used to be that way before. When I have the flipper in I feel powerful and successful and like I can take life by the balls, but when I don’t have it in or when I have to take it out in front of other people I just become overwhelmed with emotion. It’s very hard for me to do because it pushes me so far out of my comfort zone. It’s why I’m afraid to eat in front of people I’ve just met because here I am at 26 having to take out my teeth to eat.

Is it ever appropriate to “snoop” on your significant other (going through their phone, having their Facebook password, etc.)? Where do you think the line should be drawn?
I wouldn’t do because it’s just an invasion of privacy and it’s going to drive you over the edge because then every little thing that usually wouldn’t matter whatsoever, now matters because it has to. You just take their Facebook at face value because the second you try to find hidden meanings in anything personal that they have is the second that I personally believe any trust you had in that person evaporates. In my opinion, if your trusted your significant other you wouldn’t have that desire or innate need to believe that there was any reason to snoop.

Have you ever remodeled or redecorated a room? How did it come out? What were some of the things you incorporated in your plans?
I’ve redecorated rooms before for my parents. I helped decorate my mom’s house and re-organize my dad’s house. It’s fun, I like doing it. They trust my taste which is kind of cool.

If I peeked into your laundry basket, what would I find the most of? Do you tend to dress for more for comfort or appearance?
Towels. I only have 2 towels. Every other day I’m doing the wash. I dress more for comfort in terms of tops and bottoms, but when it comes to shoes, I care more about the way it looks then comfort.

What’s your favorite pizza place or sub shop to order from? What do you usually get there?
They have a Sbarro’s in the mall and I always loved their slice of pizza. We don’t have great pizza in California, so there’s not much to choose from.

Are you looking forward to any concerts or events this coming summer?
I don’t know of any concerts or events that I’m interested in participating in. I am supposed to go on a camping trip in September, but depending on when I move this decision is kind of sketch.

What are some things you tend to notice about people that others may find trivial or not notice at all? Why do you think you notice those things?
I notice the way they interact with their friends or family members and sort of where they are in that group, how they fit in, what they give to the group and what they take away. You can pick up on a lot of that within the first 30 minutes usually.

Do you ever listen to talk radio shows? Which ones?
Sometimes. They’re all just a waste of time, but fuck man, I only have a radio in my car.

The last time you checked your mailbox, what was in there? Do you usually get a lot of mail?
I don’t check the mailbox. It checks me.

Do you clip coupons when you go grocery shopping or shopping for other items? Where do you get your coupons from?
Sometimes. I only do it for items that I know are going to be overpriced and that I can find in the coupon book.

Do you think it’s worth it to go and see all of the old movies that are now being re-released in 3d? Will you go see Jurassic Park when it comes out in 3d in April?
I would totally see Jurassic Park in 3D, but unfortunately I did not. SO….

What time in the day do you feel your best? Why do you think that’s the case?
I feel my best right at around 8/9pm, that’s usually when I’m a bit tired and when I’m a bit tired I get a bit silly and more playful. My humor is always on point in the evening/night time. It’s like the cold winter air was meant for my biting sarcasm.

Is there an “age” where at that point in your life you would become concerned if you weren’t settled down? How important is settling down, getting married, etc. to you?
I don’t know if I would be concerned, but I might be disappointed. I’d have to do some serious re-evaluations of my life to figure out how I can get to where I want to go if I have yet to get there.

What are the best and worst things about working at your job?
Worst thing: I don’t get paid. Best thing: I’m giving back to the community.
Worst thing: I don’t get enough hours. Best thing: I’m working.

Such is my fucking life.

When you were in school, did you buy or bring your lunch? Was the lunch at your school decent, with lots of choices, or did mostly everyone bring their own lunch?
I always brought my own lunch, but because I’d get to school an hour before it started I’d always eat my lunch then and then suffer during lunch time. The tater tots they had at my high school were fucking excellent.

When I went to junior college I always had Jack in the Box on me. I must have gained 20 pounds that year from Jack in the Crap alone, but fuck, totally worth it. I never once left that classroom feeling famished.

Is caring for the environment important to you? Do you recycle?
I recycle.

What would you say you are most sensitive to - sights, smells, sounds, or textures? Has this ever caused problems for you?
I’m ore sensitive to certain textures and temperature. I have extremely sensitive teeth in the back so when a popsicle hits that shit the wrong way it’s like you just twisted my nipple. I can’t do cottage cheese. Once cottage cheese goes in my mouth I’ll let that shit drop right out. That texture is gross. I also can’t handle slime-y textures.

What were your favorite books when you were a kid? Did you read much when you were younger?
I was big on the Chronicles of Narnia and anything by John Steinbeck. I read Grapes of Wrath when I was in 4th grade.

Tell me about something awesome, crazy, terrible, weird, etc. that happened to you this week.
I went to a relative’s house to celebrate my brother’s birthday yesterday and we played Charades and I was actually fucking fantastic at it. I also got to experience my mom and grandma’s impersonation of Mickey Mouse which was just fucking bizarre.
