Join us for a reception with Elysa Walk, General Manager of Giant U.S.A.BFF Bikes is thrilled to announce that Monday May 5, Elysa Walk, General Manager of Giant U.S.A. will be speaking at BFF Bikes on Giant’s efforts to enlarge the population of women cyclists in the United States. She will also speak to what bike shops can do to court women. Walk has been the head of Giant USA since 2007, and in that time she has grown the company forty percent. She was also responsible for the creation of Giant’s women’s specific bicycle brand, Liv/Giant. Despite being the head of the United States arm of the world’s largest bicycle company, she finds time to be on the board of Bikes Belong and on the advisory board of a new initiative, Women Bike, which is associated with the League of American Bicyclists. Her mission and the mission of BFF Bikes align perfectly. We are very excited to have her speak! After Ms. Walk’s talk there will be time to have open discussion and socializing!
