Tiger Woods made his return to golf earlier this month at the Hero World Challenge where he showed flashes of good and flashes of bad. Overall, it was a successful return for Woods, who played a complete 72 holes without any incidents.

The big question on everyone’s mind has been when will Tiger play again.

Now we have our answer. Woods announced on his website that he will play at the Genesis Open in February at Riviera Country Club.

“I’m very excited to come back to Riviera and compete in the Genesis Open,” Woods said. “This is where it all started for me. It was my first PGA TOUR event. I was 16 years old, I weighed about 105 pounds. It was a life-changing moment for me.”

This is no real surprise as the event benefits the Tiger Woods Foundation.

Other events that may be on Tiger’s schedule according to GolfDigest are:

Jan. 26-29 – Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines where he has won eight times in his career.

Feb. 2-5 – Waste Management Phoenix Open which would be spectacular for the fans.

Feb. 2-5 – European Tour’s Omega Dubai Desert Classic because money.

Feb. 9-12 – AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
