Swear to you. Get ready to change your perception on the brussel sprout. This little cabbage deserves your attention. And, yup, okay, so they might be extra delicious loaded up with crispy bacon (what isn’t?!) but there really are so many good ways to prepare them that don’t take much effort and yield maximum flavor. If you’re a newbie to Brussel sprouts or you’re simply looking to expand beyond your broccoli habit, try this green and test out one of these recipes.
