Chanel is kicking off the new year with one of the prettiest collections I’ve seen in a long time. The Chanel Coco Code SS17 collection features neutrals like beige, gold, red and white. There’s something about neutrals that just demands your immediate attention and this collection is certainly no exception to that. One of the eyeshadow palettes featured in the new collection is Elégants. The palette pays tribute to gold with a light golden highlighter, a more yellow gold hue and a beige gold. A deep brown color concludes the beautiful palette. I can’t wait to create a look with these colors.
One of the eye-catchers from this collection is the blush in Elégance. A gorgeous peach tint with the perfect combination of beige (slightly mauve) and golden tones. Of all the products, this is definitely my favorite and this color is right up my alley!
The Coco Code collection’s Rouge Allure Velvet stunner is Libre – a stunning pink beige lipstick that is going to be the perfect matte mlbb color of this season.
For the nails, the collection features Beige Beige. We’ve had our fun with taupes, now it’s time to go slightly lighter and more colorful again. This beige is leaning slightly towards a pink but not quite.
Not from the Coco Code collection by the way (but I decided to include them in this post as well) is the new Le Rouge Crayons.
I’ve been having my fun with the No.5 Rouge all weekend. It’s a beautiful bright red lip pencil that glides smoothly on your lips. The soft formula of the pencils make it easy to apply. Plus, how handy is the slick packaging?
