What you’ll need:
• 1 cup of good quality salt
• ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ cup of Ceylon tea (finely ground)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and, if not using straight away, transfer into an airtight container.Apply the scrub all over the body, using extra amounts on problem areas such as elbows and knees. Lie back and relax as the goodness is absorbed into the skin before showering off. Bliss!
