How can I start to explain how good of a book Slimming Meals that Heal is...

It is kinda like "The Mood Cures", Feingold Diet, and Dr. Oz Show, had a colorful baby.

It is a remarkably comprehensive guide to improve and maintaining you physical (internal), and mental health.

Julie starts off "Slimming Meals that Heal" by giving her own personal story, and struggles with a food disorder that ruined, and weakened her stomach,  mental clarity, focus, sleep.

She takes us on a path of self discovery via question and answer through her text, and explains in simple terms; what it all means, and the necessary path to recovery, with actual action plan...

Julie walks us through the science and nutritional facts while allowing her personality to flow out of the text, as if  she is actually speaking to you directly and offering solutions.

The Recipes are easy to follow, and I especially like the legend that she includes aside each recipe.

Legend ( I will attach a picture of it )

I am an Auditory learner so I do not spend much time in the visual book world unless it is a book I am forced to read, or one that I really enjoy. Even when it is a book that I enjoy, I usually need to mark it up with highlighters and notes so that information that is important stays close to me.

Julie did an Awesome job with how the Physical book is formatted.  The print is large enough to read straight through. Color coded paragraphs, charts, and pictures really bring everything together taking us from problem to resolution.

to be continued... in progress
