The 15th annual Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation Scholars Program is taking applications through Feb. 18.
The scholarship program rewards seniors graduating from Ventura County high schools who have demonstrated leadership, character, communication skills, academic achievement and commitment to Ventura County throughout their four years of high school.
