LIMA – October 6, 2016 is National Depression Screening Day. St. Rita’s will provide free Depression Screenings on Thursday, October 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Health Resource Center.
Professionals from St. Rita’s will be available to provide an anonymous mental health self-assessment, a confidential interview with a mental health professional to discuss the results of your screening, a list of local referral resources and a variety of educational resources for you to take home.
The screening will include the following:
An anonymous mental health self-assessment
A variety of educational resources for you to take home
A confidential interview with a mental health professional to discuss the results of your screening
A list of local referral resources
