This stands in judgment:
The defendant has further explained that Torp has been at least as bad in their characteristics by him and his family, and ascribe Torp statements made under other names, possibly pseudonyms, and statements on a blog defendant calls "the false smyrnabloggen". The false smyrnabloggen should be created in the defendant's name, but the defendant denied he was behind it. Torp has denied that he has written about the defendant under a pseudonym, or on the false smyrnabloggen. Torp has acknowledged that he has black defendants, and called him "Anders Behring Breivik sympathizer" twice, that the blog is "idiocy", on one occasion referred to him as a "demon" called him "bright liar", the blogs of defendants is "shameful" that the defendant is a "rumor spreaders", the defendant has "lack of insight in English and Norwegian," that he is "naughty", "wicked and stupid" and that the blog is "a variant of social pornography."
The court believes after an overall assessment that it is not reasonable to award Torp pecuniary damage. The Court points out that Torp have contributed to escalate and prolong the conflict by his statements about the defendant and that he spent partly rough characteristics of the defendant himself. Court refers here also that he on several occasions has called him a Anders Behring Breivik sympathizer. Furthermore Torp aware that he is a familiar figure in the Christian community, and he has more followers who spins further on his statements and forward for sometimes coarse and insulting statements against the accused and his family.
Torp's behavior has probably helped to escalate and prolong the conflict, but this came as a response to the defendant eventually extensive writings about Torp and his spouse.The court has the assessment assumed that Torp as a public and prominent person in Christian-Norway have to endure more than a normal person would need. It must, however, a limit also for what public figures must tolerate, as the court thinks is violated in this case.

It may be fine for Søkelys' readers and commentators to know that we are pleased the good performance of disclosures of Christensen's old and new alliances, rumor spreading and halvkvedede shows from "donor" (also called "Serb") which is belted out by Christensen Google Phone etc.
Actually it is an advantage that things be said explicitly. Then we present the necessary documentation, answering open and honest communications etc. In that sense must Christensen gladly stay on a while longer. A round of Attorney Meling will probably not come, but somehow unthinking law-figure who needs 10,000 kroner from Christensen will be useful for that even more will be said explicitly pending as "rumors" and party posts in the media.

No, this man must be confronted with and handled on the basis of Penal Code § 135a ( "Discrimination or proportionality based on religion or belief"), § 247 ( "Defamation") and § 390 ( "Personal Harassment"). It does not seem like he distinguishes between true and false, fiction and fact.

Good 2.juledags morning, friends at Searchlight! I see there's been activity here during the Christmas holidays. Now I have removed all blog articles on my blog that refers directly to #HetsBloggeren. I have kept unedited pfd-copy in my archive. This presages that I believe that this case is entering a new phase where either treatment in Mediation will lead to a binding agreement for the immediate and permanent cessation of his person harassment, net sake, bullying and defamation of Aina & me, and 100+ other people in Norwegian Christianity, and / or an enforceable judgment in the Oslo City Court to punish him on the basis of Norwegian criminal law to imprisonment for up to two years and / or fines. I have received three requests from people in his environment which prompted me withdraw the police report, but this we will not comply. Whether it is right that he is "insane" in psychiatric sense, this may still not go beyond jurisprudence. A man can not persist as he does. It is not right that #HetsBloggeren writes nåfortiden that he has only dealt with the Bible's view of divorce and remarriage when he attacks Aina & me. He has systematically sought to convey rumors, half-truths and untruths about all aspects of life, and put this out on their blogs, to malign us. This applies to everything from the age difference in our marriage - for alleged "theft" in 2002. And all sorts of psychiatric diagnoses of me. Police vurderimg of his repetitions and phraseology comes simply not "nit-picking", but applies to serious violations of Norwegian criminal legislation on personal harassment, net sake, bullying and libel. We will not allow #HetsBloggeren given the opportunity to clergy deceased Emanuel Minos and Aril Edvardsen and living human beings like Jan Hanvold, Bjørn Olav Hansen, Arvid Pettersen Solveig Leithaug, Åge Åleskjær and 100+ others. Let me say that one who "works in the district court in seven years" and have not learned what "false police" is, can hardly be in a position of responsibility there anyhow ....
This public information about his wife from JKC can hardly be consistent with the Court's guidelines for their employees, even though she works with office work, cleaning or other non-ideological tasks .... I suppose court should look at this.
Then I smile of JKCs rage over my "equating" between him and terrorist Hussain .... This untruth is repeated so many times that he certainly would have started to believe it themselves .... But I have just pointed out that he "hailed the acquittal" Hussain because he did indisputable. Very short sighted of JKC, but more should not be expected of him.
Final Comment:
Brynjar Meling said it so eloquently in court that Torp statements are worse!
But the court ignores this, the bar where weak and incorrect judgment against me! It is the passage of a miscarriage of justice if it is left!
