This research is fascinating but a bit scary too! New research has found that those who spent the most time sitting (watching TV or at their desk at work) are at greater risk for certain cancers. And the scary part was that even those who did exercise but still sat a lot were still at risk for cancer.
So, get out there and get walking! Replace a TV show or two with a walk. Get up from your desk every 60-90 minutes and take a walk.
